The Sixers have been handed their fifth loss of the season, with the Adelaide Strikers running away with a 5 wicket win at the WACA.
Maitlan Brown (32*) added much needed late runs to push the target out to 112.
Lauren Cheatle delivered an early blow to the reigning champs, dismissing Laura Wolvaardt for 5. Ash Gardner and Chloe Tryon picked up late wickets, but it was too little too late for the Sixers.
