Scorchers too hot for Sixers

Despite some spectacular feats in the field, the Sixers have gone down to the Perth Scorchers by 36 runs.

Ash Gardner picked up three wickets while English international Linsey Smith finished with figures of 2/20 upon her return to the XI.

Captain Ellyse Perry added a 27^th WBBL09 half-century to her name, after hitting 59 from 48 balls.
