Sixers name squad for Coffs clash

The Sydney Sixers have named a 14-player squad ahead of their clash with the Brisbane Heat in Coffs Harbour tomorrow night.

The Sixers will be looking to return to the winner’s list in front of a Coffs crowd tomorrow after falling to the Hurricanes in Hobart last night.

Bird will be rested for tomorrow night’s match, with the addition of Ben Manenti the only change to the extended squad.

Starting the season with four consecutive wins, the Sixers remains on top of the Big Bash ladder with five games left to play in the regular season.

Friday night will also mark the club’s First Nations Round clash, with the side wearing playing shirts designed by prominent artist and proud Wiradjuri woman, Lua Pellegrini.

First ball of Friday night’s match in C.ex Coffs International Stadium is scheduled for 6.05pm (AEDT) and will be broadcast live via Seven, 7plus, Foxtel, Kayo, ABC Sport and SEN.
