The Sydney Sixers have named a 14-player squad for Thursday night’s clash with the Melbourne Stars at the MCG.
Currently sitting on top of the KFC BBL|14 ladder, the Sixers will be looking to secure a fifth win for the season tomorrow night, after being forced to share the points with the Heat in Coffs Harbour last week due to rain.
The Sixers are set to be boosted by the return of star Sean Abbott for tomorrow's match, following the conclusion of the Test series against India, with Steve Smith set to join the side for his first match on Saturday afternoon at the SCG.
Thursday night will additionally mark the final appearance of overseas recruits James Vince and Akeal Hosein for the club this season.
First ball of Thursday's match is scheduled for 7.15pm (AEDT) and will be broadcast live on Seven, 7plus, Foxtel, Kayo Sports or listen live via ABC Sport or SEN.
